Second child

My wife and I recently had our second child, and it has been a major adjustment. It has not been as big of an adjustment as going from no kids to one kid, but it has been pretty close. Our daughter slept through the night very early on, and from the beginning was a very pleasant baby. Our son, on the other hand, has been a very difficult baby from the moment he got here. Along with dealing with the lack of sleep, we have been trying to juggle in increased expenses that come with another mouth to feed. In the long run my wife and I know everything will be fine, but these last few weeks have been very stressful. Raising children is hard work. My parents had four kids, as did my wife’s parents, and we both do not know how we are going to manage with only two. It gives me a whole new level of respect for the parents of big families.
